Three Moons Island Cookbook

Presenting the Three Moons Island Cookbook from our Award-winning Galley! Third Edition After many requests from our guests, we decided to create a cookbook consisting of all our onboard cuisine. My family has always enjoyed entertaining and cooking for our friends. My childhood memories are of family gatherings and huge tables of fabulous food surrounded by lots of happy relatives and friends. At a very early age, I can remember standing at my Grandmother’s elbow and watching her make peanut butter fudge. Oh that aroma! I am proud to say that my training came from the women of my family (who patiently sampled may “Shelly Surprises”). We would rather read a new cookbook or experiment with a new recipe than anything else! When we began our charter business, I entered several of the annual Virgin Islands Charter Yacht League Culinary Competitions. And I discovered that I had a passion for competing! The Three Moons Island Cookbook was born shortly after the first competition. To date, we’ve been honored with 10 awards from VICL including the Grand Prize for most points ever accumulated.
